The MMH team consists of a varied group of highly qualified people each with their individual expertise. The practice encourages their staff to be individual in completing the task in a manner that suits their personal skills.

Staff are encouraged to develop their individual skills as well as their general practice by either attending out-of-office courses or in-house CPD. MMH regularly organises in-house training dealing with a wide range of issues relating to the profession of Architecture and Design and the Construction Industry at large.
